Cold use:

put mask in the refrigerator 60 minutes or in freezer for 15 minutes before use.

Hot use-by hot water

1. Place mask in the heated water for 10 minutes.

2. Remove mask from water with tongs.Wipe dry.

Hot use-by microwave oven

1. Lay the mask flat on a paper towel and put it into the microwave.

2. Heat it on medium(not high) for about 10 seconds.

3. Remove the mask and touch it to determine if it is hot enough for you. If required, replace the mask in the microwave and heat it for another 5 seconds.
